1. Introduction
Welcome to SmartAC VTU. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any features of the SmartAC VTU system. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Platform
SmartAC VTU is an educational platform designed for use by registered students, instructors, and administrators at participating TVET institutions. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes. Any unauthorised use, redistribution, or reproduction of platform content is strictly prohibited.
3. Training Content
All training materials, 3D models, AR simulations, and AI-generated content available on SmartAC VTU are provided for educational use only. Content may be updated or modified without notice to reflect improvements in curriculum or technology.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify SmartAC VTU immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if there is any evidence of misuse or violation of these terms.
5. Payment and Pricing
Access to certain features of SmartAC VTU may require a valid subscription or institutional licence. All pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your institution's agreement with SmartAC VTU.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on SmartAC VTU are the intellectual property of SmartAC VTU and its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials outside the platform without written permission from SmartAC VTU.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartAC VTU is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform. SmartAC VTU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of SmartAC VTU after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
